SALVO NO: 3 PERTAINING TO THE ADAMS AUSTRALIAN MOTOR GENERATOR AT CAIRNS. JAN 2002.

LUTEC 1000 PAPER TITLED HOW IT WORKS, PAGE 4 OF 4 LAST PARAGRAPH CLAIM "WE HAVE PATENT APPROVAL IN N.Z."

Ref. Page 4 of 4: "We have patent approval in N.Z.". This is a blatant and deliberate misleading statement to the public and I inform you Christie and Brits I am well enough versed in these matters to tell you that such a statement as you have made here is never made in writing from any patent office anywhere, if there is indeed a patent "APPLICATION" filed.

As for the ludicrous claim at the top of page 4 of the Lutec Business Plan, quote: "The Lutec 1000 is a World First product. Never before in the history has there been a product capable of delivering free electricity."

Then I have news for you two individuals, it so happens that Lord Kelvin invented the first and most successful Motor Generator ever invented up to his time, which also for your edification reached a proven efficiency of several thousand per cent, over 300 years ago, so much for your puny efforts of 27% in this enlightened age of advanced technologies.

Carew's statement of having patent approval in NZ is none other than a deliberate propaganda ploy published to attract the public and potential investors alike, the general public are very much aware of the escalating costs of energy and are vulnerable to being easily mislead and conned by such unproven claims.

The general public must therefore be protected from you and as the original owner of this invention it is my public duty to expose you parasites. You possess nothing patentable without the use of my technologies to make your so-called Lutec 1000 work in any manner at all. Carew is obviously in collusion with you two so called inventors in a conspiracy to flout patent law which is tantamount to fraud, like the rest of your claims.

As all the aforegoing matters discussed concern the public and their money it calls for very serious addressing since there are fraudulent claims involved. These outrageous claims made to the media of Australia by you two Christie and Brits, should have been from a morale point of view thoroughly investigated before entertaining publication. Due diligence should have been a priority of the media before giving you such massive free advertising for one of the "Worlds Greatest Shams". The Australian media does indeed have a lot to answer for, and hold their heads in shame.

I now have it from an authoritative source that Charlatans Christie and Brits of Cairns Australia have since my exposure of their fraudulent claims in relation to their "Lutec 1000 motorgenerator" have had to disband their dreamed up useless and futile robotic overhead gantry crane facility to manoeuvre their "50 KILOGRAM" motor monstrosity along an assembly line.
