COMMENT
It is to be noted here that Dr. Harold Aspden's theoretical findings of efficiency coincided with actual physical results of test analyses performed by the Adams rotary magnetic pulsed motor generator prototypes as of that period long before my advancement into rotary thermo electric motor generators which in this recent period manifest massive power with megawatt capabilities.
It should be clear, that at the time these reports were printed (July 9 1993) I had worked extensively over that past twenty four years on my inventions and discoveries in relation to my motor generators and, as witnessed by this last report, I deliberately published my work up to that time in 1993-94 to not only give the opportunity to the world to discover for itself, experiment and replicate my work so that greed could not govern or take control. The do-it-yourself construction details that Aspden mentions in this last report were put out in a manual, separate from the magazine publications. This manual is still selling worldwide.
AN IMPORTANT ISSUE
I must now take issue with certain conflicting statements found both in the Cairns Post newspaper article and the Lutec Business Plan. This issue surrounds three statements made - two in the Business Plan, the other in the newspaper article.
The first two statements, found in Ref. 2.3 of the Business Plan, 2nd and 3rd paragraphs state thus :-

"The Lutec 1000 generator will produce up to 1000 watts of DC electricity 24 hours a day, which will be stored in a battery bank and then inverted to AC power and connected directly into the home or business."
"The Lutec 1000 draws the power it requires to run itself from the same battery bank. The average house in Cairns, Queensland, uses only 14 of the 24 kilowatt hours able to be stored in 24 hours by this method."

The second statement, found in the Cairns Post newspaper article, paragraph 4, states thus:-

"Relying on the attraction and repulsion of internal magnets, the Lutec 1000 operates continually on a pulse-like current 24 hours a day - producing 24 kilowatts of power - once it is kickstarted from a battery source."
