Tunneling could be carried out in otherwise impenetrable canyons and mountains. Bridges, viaducts, and oil rigs could also be built in similar areas, where helicopters could readily drop off the light energy machines together with personnel and ancillary equipment where never before has been previously possible. Licensing Applications rights for the manufacture of the Adams Technology machines are subject to rigorous processing as applications for the installation of said machines i.e. they must be deemed to be warranted. No sanctions and or permits to install these machines will be issued to anybody without the requisite permission of the local ordinance authorities.

There is a profound number of other priority applications the technologies could help with within isolated communities throughout the entire world.
